Deposits: We require a $50.00 deposit on premium price/lengthy or specialized services. Thank you for understanding as we reserve all of our recourses to you.
Cancellation: As a professional courtesy, please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Reservations: Recommended to assure preferred time.
Check-in: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Gratuities: Cash only. At the client’s discretion, and appreciated by the staff for outstanding service.
Refunds: Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Merchandise with a valid receipt, can be returned within 14 days for a credit or a refund. Please let us know how and if we can remedy any issues. We love to hear the good and the constructive comments. 215-925-1881
